Due to the highly sensitive nature of these products and the impossibility of verifying chain of custody, storage conditions, or product integrity once a shipment has left our facility, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on any order once it has been dispatched.

2. Damaged or Incorrectly Shipped Items

We stand behind the quality and accuracy of every order we ship. If you receive an item that is demonstrably damaged in transit or was shipped incorrectly due to an error on our part, you must:

4. Shipping Costs
