Shipping Policy

The following policy applies to all orders placed through truevisionpeptides.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Regions

True Vision Peptides ships exclusively within Canada. We do not currently offer shipping to the United States, international destinations, or P.O. boxes. Orders placed with a delivery address outside of Canada will be cancelled and refunded.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are subject to a processing period of 1 to 2 business days before dispatch. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on statutory holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our facility.

3. Shipping Carriers

True Vision Peptides ships using multiple carriers depending on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. Carriers may include Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and other reputable courier services. The carrier assigned to your order will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number.

4. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated based on your delivery location, package weight, and selected shipping method. The applicable rate will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

• Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders totalling $150 CAD or more (before taxes).
• Orders below $150 CAD are subject to standard shipping fees as calculated at checkout.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

5. Expedited Shipping

Expedited and express shipping options are available upon request. If you require a faster delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@truevisionpeptides.com before placing your order so we can confirm availability and provide a quote for the applicable courier service.

Additional charges will apply for expedited shipping. These charges will be communicated and agreed upon before your order is dispatched. Please note that expedited shipping timelines are provided by the carrier and are estimates only — True Vision Peptides cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

6. Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated standard delivery times within Canada are as follows. These are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed:

• Ontario & Quebec: 1 to 3 business days
• Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB): 3 to 5 business days
• Atlantic Canada (NS, NB, PEI, NL): 3 to 7 business days
• Northern Territories (YT, NT, NU): 5 to 10 business days

Delivery times may be longer during peak periods, extreme weather events, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this tracking number directly on the carrier’s website to monitor the real-time status of your shipment. If you do not receive a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@truevisionpeptides.com.

8. Packaging

All orders are packaged to ensure product safety and integrity during transit. Research compounds are sealed and secured in appropriate laboratory-grade packaging. True Vision Peptides does not use temperature-controlled or cold-chain shipping — please ensure that your delivery address is a location where the package can be received promptly.

9. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once a shipment has been handed to the carrier and a tracking number has been issued, responsibility for the delivery passes to the carrier. True Vision Peptides is not liable for shipments that are delayed, lost, or damaged in transit due to carrier error, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 5 business days after dispatch, please contact us at info@truevisionpeptides.com and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

10. Incorrect Delivery Address

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of ordering. True Vision Peptides cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.

True Vision Peptides reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website and placement of orders constitutes acceptance of the most current version of this policy.
